This is a picture of me from roughly 1981, I'd say, at the preciously precocious age of two-ish. As you can see, I was obsessed with robots from a young age. "Ga-ga boo-boo, is this a robot?" is what I am saying in my curly-topped head.

I DO know how old this one is, though! It was taken July 9th, 1982, when I was ezzakly 3 years of age! What fun! My Ultimate Thrift Store Goal right now is to find working versions of both that clock and tape player.

This is a picture from 1986, when I was about 7 years old. The setting is my grandparents-on-my-father's-side's amazingly kitchy house in Ontario, CA. I still buy shirts like that at thrift stores, though I have no shoes of a similar coolness level. I've never seen my brother's hair like that before... I think it majikally turned lame for this picture. He looks like Alfalfa from the Little Rascals.

Another picture from 1986. Taken either at my birthday or my brother's, so sometime in July! This is another one of those pictures where I have nooo ideeea what I was thinking. Was I trying to hypnotize the housecat, Flower? What's with that stare?!

And welcome to 1990, the beginning of my Awkward Phase, something that lasted until about... umn... yesterday. In this picture I am beginning to get fat, I have a tiny mullet that you can't really see, and am in Disneyland. Oh, and you can see the HORRIBLY AWFUL GLASSES that my optometrist stuck me with and that I kept (that style at least) for OVER TEN YEARS.

And this slightly-too-dark picture is my Senior Photo, taken in my backyard two weeks after senior photos were due. The things in front of me are sculptures I did. The thing in the right background is Quincy the Cat. My glasses and hair are awful.

This picture was taken... umn... I'd guess somewhere in 1998 while I was at my Junior College. Why I decided to grow a beard I'll never understand, but believe you me it looked a LOT better in the mirror. I am NOT a boy who belongs with a beard.
