This is a list of the people I hang out with here at UC Davis. I'd include all my other friends who live in other places, but the list would get long and confusing if I did that, so I've just limited it to the people who I go to school with and spend time with on a semi-regular basis. Alyssa: Alyssa is a friend of mine that I met last year because of, get this, an online personals advertisment. But not how you think. For some reason her *mom* stumbled across it and decided that we should talk. We did, online, for a while, but didn't really hang out much until we both started working at The Aggie this year. She's a columnist, and she doesn't really think she can get along with anyone well enough to live with them without getting incredibly annoyed at them. These two items may or may not be related. Alexandra: or "Ali", as she's more often called (though i think Alex would be more suitable). Ali is a weird, weird girl, and presently dating the mysterious "Tim" who I have never met, and must destroy for stealing the woman of my dreams (Winona Ryder, of course). She's tall - 5'11" - and has dyed hair that fades from bleached-blonde at the roots to dark red at the tips... Not *too* tall, though. ;) Antonio: he's the roommate of Brian, and a nice jolly fellow who spends his days working at Togo's sandwich shop, playing RPG's, complaining about working at Togo's sandwich shop, and studying genetics. I should spend more time with him, really. Brian: this is a nice boy who spends way, way too much time with his girlfriend. We were bestest buds back in Junior College, but these days we see eachother rarely at best. Why? I'm not sure. He's gotten really involved in his church and his girlfriend and his job and doesn't seem to have much time for anything else. I suppose that school actually requiring studying and whatnot has something to do with this too, but pffff! who actually does schoolwork in the 21st century? I'm just waiting around for the memory-imprintable instant education, baby! Hez: is a freshman. Ew. I know her through people I knew back at my JC and because she was best friends with a highschool girl I had an unhealthy obsession with at the time. She's nice, and planning on majoring in Fashion Design. Yup-yup! James: this is my roomie. A nice, clean, insane boy who I tourture with my daily presence and horrible mess. He really is insane, though. And he's been making me nuttyer this year as well, but at least it's not a bad kind of nutty. I've been bad-nutty in the past, and that's no good. James listens to gothic music and rap, but dresses like a GAP-ish fashion plate. He's "whacky". Jeffy: Jeffy is a special wonderful boy who's a trumpet player in the Cal Aggie Marching Band and who I don't hang out with enough. He is wonderful and nice and I think he's swell and he does this neat thing where he pretends to fall down face-first in public. I'm never quite sure how I ought to react, though... He likes indie music, and is a veritable library of musical and film-related factoids. What makes him extra-special, though, is that I ams going to be living with him next year! Eeee! Rachel: is a weird girl. Her diary consists of anything from long treatsies on Joey Fatione (or however you spell it) to one-word entries of "ugh". Rachel's an interesting girl, and I frequently see her at work (we both work for Unitrans. However we never talk to eachother anymore, as she's decided that I'm a racist, sexist bigot, and not someone she can be friends with. Go figure. Renn: Renn is the girlfriend that Brian spends way too much time with. 'Course it's not her fault she's so irresistable he can't tear himself away from her, it's just the curse she has to live with. She's recently switched from a Bio major (too much work, if you ask me) to being a Child Psychology major (*still* too much work). However since she loves kids so much it's no doubt a career choice that's bound to make her happy. If you think you ought to be on the list, let me know! There may be some oopsie-mistakes as I'm updating at my traditional time of to-early-to-be-awake.
